Nafpaktos is about three hours from Athens and especially now with the new highway, the distance has lessened and after crossing the impressive Rio-Antirrio Bridge, in 20 minutes you find yourself in Nafpaktos. Alternatively, you can save money crossing the sea by ferry boat. From northern Greece now, by road via Egnatia and the Ionian Highway, the distance has decreased. With Nafpaktos as your base, in little time, you can visit historical areas like Delphi, Olympia and Mesologgi.
