Reservation Terms and Conditions

Arrival Time: 14:00-24:00
Departure Time:Until 11:00 a.m.

(Different arrival and departure times are possible to take place upon your request and if possible)

No Appearance

The non-arrival of the guest, which is after the time limit mentioned on the Arrival Time, is determined as No Appearance and consequently any deposit or payment made is lost and the roomis considered free and in the disposal of the Reservation Department.

Departure Delay

The departure delay of a room, after agreement with the Reception, between 12:00 -18:00 has an extra 50% charge to the daily rate of the room and 100% after 18:00.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the price.

Breakfast time : 7:30 – 10:30am.

Children and extra beds.

All children under 3 years old stay for free in a playpen. An extra bed is possible to be added upon request (extra charge 20€).

Cancellation

Reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit up to 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
For cancellations between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the arrival or in the case of non-appearance: 100% of the total amount of the reservation (not less than that of a 1 day stay)

Taxes and extra charges

Accommodation prices include all Legal Taxes. Accommodation Tax is not included (1,5€/overnight stay/room), which is paid by the guest.
